| 摘 要： | 以往的企业绩效评价指标体系，主要表现为财务模式，以评价企业的经济效益为主，没有能够将经济效益和社会效益、生态效益有机地结合起来进行综合评价。随着科学发展观和建设和谐社会任务的提出，建立与之相适应的企业和谐绩效评价指标体系，就成为摆在我们面前亟待解决的课题。所谓和谐绩效是指在某一特定的发展时期和一定的战略目标下，企业服从与社会和谐主题、企业理性设计及环境诱导下的自主演化相结合的和谐管理的过程和结果。它是企业和谐管理水平及能力的体现。而企业和谐绩效评价指标体系则是运用定量和定性的方法，对一定时期内企业的经济行为、社会行为和社会责任等进行综合评判的指标体系，主要由经济绩效、生态绩效和社会绩效三方面指标所组成。
