| 摘 要： | 刑事诉讼理念是有关刑事诉讼的指导性的观念形态。笔者主要论述了刑事诉讼实体正义理念和刑事诉讼程序正义理念,并指出二种理念的构成要素以及这些要素存在的理论基础和意义。
