| 摘 要： | 本文认为,族群主要属于文化范畴,而国族则属于社会政治范畴,在族群认同和国族认同之间既存在着一致的一面,又存在着冲突的一面.对于一致的一面,我们要善加利用,以利于国族的统一和稳定;对于冲突的一面,则要通过构建包容性的价值取向、平等的酬赏制度和各族群间的交流与沟通予以克服.

| Abstract: | Ethnic group is a concept mainly related to culture, while nation is related to society and politics. As far as ethnic identification and national identification are concerned, they are identical on the one hand and in conflict on the other. We should make good use of their accordance to facilitate national unity and stability and take measures to avoid their conflicts. |
