| 摘 要： | 人口老龄化是我国人口结构中一个越来越明显的现象。对于社会活力型、经济开放型、环境宜居型的大连市来说,人口老龄化现象更为突出。从大连市建设和谐社会的角度出发,介绍大连市人口老龄化的现状、成因,着重提出建立覆盖城乡全体居民的养老保险制度对于人口老龄化社会的保障作用,并提出大连市人口老龄化与社会和谐发展的展望。

| Abstract: | Aging of population become more and more obviousinthe structureof population.Dalian city has become an aging society since 1990s.This disquisition discourse the state and contribution of the aging progress in Dalian city from the view of harmonious society construction.The writer emphasized the importance of establishing social endowment insurance.In the end,the writer also expect the harmonious society construction with aging progress in Dalian city. |
