| 摘 要： | 我国宪政建设的基本路径应当是:完善现行宪法,从政治宪法走向宪政宪法;建立完善的违宪审查制度,从宪法实施的制度缺位走向制度保障;坚持和改善党的领导,从党领导下的宪政走向宪政体制下的党的领导;更新公民宪法观念,从权力本位观念走向权利本位观念。

| Abstract: | The basic way of construction of Chinese Constitutional government should be : Firstly we should consummate constitution from political constitution to Constitutional government constitution.Secondly construct the perfect censor system of irregularity from the system absent to guarantee.Thirdly,stick to and consummate the party's lead.Fourthly renovate citizens' constitution concept,change and the concept of power standard to right standard. |
