认识和处理中国民族问题中的统筹兼顾

本文对统筹兼顾在认识和处理中国民族问题中的重要意义做了论述,认为,统筹兼顾是科学发展观的根本方法,也是我们正确认识和处理中国民族问题的根本方法。统筹兼顾首先要有大局意识,学会抓主要矛盾,又要善于协调各种利益和关系,既要立足现实,又要有前瞻意识。文章提出,在当前民族宗教问题日益成为社会热点的情况下,应善于应对涉及民族因素的特殊事件,切实维护好民族团结;在对中国民族理论政策基本状况的认识问题上,我们应反对否定一切的虚无主义,也应反对墨守成规的保守主义。

The Overall Consideration in understanding and Dealing with the Ethnic Problems

This paper discusses the importance of the overall consideration in understanding and dealing with the ethnic problems.The author argues that it is a basic path to understand and deal with the ethnic problems as it is a basic path of scientific development.For overall consideration,we should have awareness of whole situation and learn to tackle the principal contradiction,while should be good at harmonizing complex relationship and coordinating interests.In addition,we should have perspective awareness while basing on the reality.In present,many hot spots of society are related to the ethnic and religious problem,we must be good at deal with special events relating to the ethnic problem to preserving the solidity of nationalities.When thinking about Chinese ethnic theory and policies,we should opposite nihilism that deny everything and conservative routinism.
