| 摘 要： | 教育模式是随着科技、经济、文化的发展不断变化和创新的,具有很强的时代特色。开放性网络大学教育是一种在网络中实施的时间、地域、年龄和学历层次完全开放的教育模式。它以提高人们适应社会的素质为宗旨,主张以课程证明取代文凭。该模式集传统的课堂授课模式和其它各类远程教育模式之长,有利于学科交叉、多次性大学教育和终身教育,有利于全球化教育资源共享,是后现代社会和未来社会高等教育的必然趋势。

| Abstract: | Teaching patterns are of characteristic of the time, and are always innovated with the development of science and technology, economy and culture. The open web college education is a new teaching pattern free of the limitation of time, space, age and educational level. It aims to improve people's adaptability to society and advocates to replace the diploma with course certificates. Moreover, it has more advantages over the traditional classroom teaching and distance education, and is helpful to the common share of global resources. It is the inevitable trend of future higher education. |
