| 摘 要： | 金融危机对美国加州社区学院财政产生了巨大的冲击。为了缓解财政收入下降的负面影响，联邦政府、州政府以及加州社区学院在沟通与协作中共同应对，以强有力的政策保障社区学院的财政稳定。金融危机中美国社区学院财政政策的一个重大启示是，作为大众化高等教育的中坚力量，地方高校在经济可持续发展中的地位举足轻重，地方高校的经费必须受法律和财政的坚强保障。
