| 摘 要： | 人文素质是人的一种必备而重要的素质,但在许多民办高校中被忽视,影响了民办高校进一步的健康发展。本文从民办高校人文素质教育现状入手进行阐述,分析其产生的原因,并提出实施人文素质教育的策略。
