| 摘 要： | 新闻传播在战争中有着重要的作用,是夺取战争胜利的重要手段。在当今信息化的时代,战争和新闻传播技术都有了新的变化和发展,利用新闻传播进行心理战、舆论战更具威力,特别是计算机网络的出现,病毒、黑客武器的闪亮登场,更给新闻传播开辟了一个崭新的战场,战争演绎得更加精彩、激烈。重视研究新闻传播在信息化战争中的作用,组织实施有力的新闻传播手段,应对敌方的新闻传播战,对我们打赢信息化战争有着重要的意义。

| Abstract: | News dissemination plays a vital role in warfare,and is an important means to win a battle.In this information-based era,both wars and news dissemination technology experience great changes and developments.A great more power comes from the practice of conducting psychological warfare and manipulating public opinions by making use of news dissemination.The appearance of computer networks,computer viruses and hacker weapons opens up new possibilities to news dissemination.Warfare becomes increasingly intensified and violent.Thus it has a vital significance for us to put more emphasis on news dissemination researches in information-based warfare,to search for powerful news dissemination methods,to counteract enemy news dissemination practice,so as to win the information-based modern warfare. |
