| Abstract: | Work for national minorities must incarnate the spirit of the times.At the crucial period of our socialist construction,all nationalities should "unite and endeavor together,flourish and develop together",which is raised by Central government answered to the acquirement of the times.How to develop ethnic groups can only be resolved step by step in the common cause of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics. |
