| 摘 要： | 自然全序半群与正全序半群的序和分解的存在唯一性定理分别在［１］，［２］中建立，但是，对于一般的正序半群，序和分解的存在唯一性问题至今未能解决。本文在［１，２］的基础上研究一般的正序半群的序和分解，建立了它的序和分解的存在唯一性定理，从而使上述问题得到彻底解决。
