| Abstract: | The political parties have been the mo;5t active and powerful political bodies in Germany. They are playing the important role in election campaign, parliament or constituting of government. The party politics in Germany has developed for a long history. It is the result of the institution that has been improved step by step. Thereinto, the legalization of political party is the milestone of the development of political party. The political party politics in Germany is the later comers surpass the formers and concerned or imitated by the world because Germany pays more attention to the legalizing of political parties. |
