| 摘 要： | 网络作为一种新的媒介，为毕业生就业指导工作提供了一种新的模式。文章介绍了大学生网络化学习的优势，具体到高校就业指导网络化的趋势及其优势，并在分析了传统的毕业就业指导及其不足的基础上，论述了高校毕业生就业指导网络化应具备的条件和所存在的问题。

This paper introduces the trend and advantages of using the Internet for employment guidance. The paper also discusses the essential condition for networking employment guidance based the disadvantages of traditional employment guidance for the graduates. |
