| 摘 要： | 文章从"自我实现"理论在思想者身上不能适用的情况出发,从物质层面的需求和思想者自我实现需求的矛盾、思想者自身的成就感和社会的价值评估之间的矛盾、思想者自身对自我实现的胜任感(预期)和自身对实现结果评价上的矛盾这三个方面分析了思想者自我实现时的困难和矛盾,并进一步探讨了其背后的深层次原因.

| Abstract: | With an argument that the theory of self-actualization cannot be applied to the thinkers and an analysis of the conflicts for thinkers to actualize themselves, this article discusses three paradoxes of the thinkers: 1, the paradox between the physical hierarchy of needs and the thinkers needs for self-actualization; 2, the paradox between the thinkers own senses of achievement and the value evaluation of the society, and 3. the paradox between the thinkers' senses of competence to the self-actualization and their own evaluation for the result. |
