校园文化视域下大学生创新力培育模式化研究

在校园文化的视域下,大学生创新力的培育需要在模式化建构中寻求文化支撑,借助逻辑分析和理论套式,对创新力培育理论进行创新再造,努力构筑独属于校园的创新力培育模式。同时,高校人才创新力培养工程应发挥文化的熏染力、渗透力,整合文化对创新力的影响,通过两个维度和两个特性的评价标准,带动校园文化的发展。

The Development Mode for the Creative Ability of University Students under the Perspective of Campus Culture: Some Research

Under the perspective of the campus culture,in order to develop the creativity of university students,it is essential to do the following: seek cultural support in the structure mold;recreate the theory of fostering creative ability by virtue of logic analysis and theoretical type;try to set up a mode for this,which only belongs to the campus;exert the influencing and penetrating power of culture in this training program;integrate the cultural impact on creativity;promote the development of campus culture through the evaluation criteria with two dimensions and attributes.
