| 摘 要： | 一个人创新潜能的实现,以其独特个性的发挥为必要条件.而一个人个性的发挥程度,又取决于他所得到的自由的程度.于是,说到底,自由便是创新的根本条件,二者成正相关变化一个人越自由,他的个性发挥得便越充分,他的创新潜能便越能得到实现.

| Abstract: | To realize one's original creative latent energy, bringing out one's unique character is a necessary factory. while the level, of which he brings out his unique character, depends on the level of which he gains liberty. therefore, the liberty is a fundamental factor of originality, both are direct proportion relations: the more liberty one gains, the more abundant one brings out his unique character, meanwhile one's original creative latent energy will be realized better. |
