| 摘 要： | 世界经济的全球化使各国之间的金融业务越来越频繁。全球经济的新模式对金融英语人才需求量有所增加，人才培养规格也在不断提高。金融英语专业人才不仅要有专业英语语言功底，还要具有相关的金融方面的专业知识和专业技能，也就是复合型的英语专业人才。这就向高校金融英语的教学工作提出了新的挑战。本文将探讨当今金融行业职业技能的发展与要求，并以此来改进金融英语教学模式。

| Abstract: | Financial services become more frequent with economic globalization.The new patterns of global economy increase demand for financial English talents and talent training scale expands constantly.Financial professionals should have a profound English language skill,the relevant financial knowledge and professional skills.It is new challenges for college financial English teaching.The essay explores the development and requirements of financial professional skills in order to improve the teaching model of financial English teaching. |
