川南都市圈建设模式分析

川南“都市图”的建设模式，应综合应用区域经济梯度推移理论、增长极理论、发展轴理论和网络发展模式理论，借鉴外资主导经济发展的苏州经济发展模式和本地民营资本主导型的温州经济发展模式。推进川南区域融合，应结合川南地区实际，建立完善区域合作体制机制，制定区域发展战略规划，加强区域基础设施建设，优化城市和产业布局，突出“外向型”经济思路。建设“川南都市圈”，应主动融入成渝，甘当成渝经济区的“二传手”，提升区域综合竞争能力，拓展对滇黔地区的辐射，构建区域一体化的发展格局。
