| Abstract: | The changes of regulation mode of China Telecommunications has gone through five stages,from severe regulation before 1980's to the separation of telecommunications from posts and the reconstruction of telecommunications.However,in order to finish the change from planned management to market guidance completely,it is necessary for us to quicken the pace of telecommunications legislation,divide the administration from enterprise operations,separate the telecommunications network from telecommunications services.And it is also necessary to implement the strategy of gradual opening from domestic markets to international markets. |
