| 摘 要： | 根据理工科院校的实际情况 ,制定出大学生文化素质教育的目标和基本规格。指出在教育实施过程中 ,要充分发挥人文社科类课堂教学、校园文化、社会实践活动和学校所在地人文地理环境的作用 ,把教育活动贯穿在学生的学习和生活之中 ,并对文化素质教育体制的建设提出建议
