论教育生产力的作用规律

摘    要:教育并不是生产力中的独立因素,教育生产力的作用主要在于它渗透于劳动者、劳动对象、劳动资料上形成和催生出新的生产力要素,使潜在的生产力转化为现实生产力。教育生产力的作用规律主要体现在教育生产力与经济社会发展相互制约与促进、以及教育生产力和个体成长与发展相互制约与促进二个方面。
