| 摘 要： | 近现代湖南人的法制思想更多体现在经世救国、批判封建制度、引进西方法治理念等多个方面。湖南人具有勇敢坚毅的性格,具有独立思考之精神,更具有时代使命感。湖南人将自己的法制思想与法制理念付诸实践,尽管有挫折,有失败,但湖南人百折不回,视死如归。湖南人时刻不忘自己的历史使命,建设一个法制、民主、富强的中国,是近现代湖南人矢志不渝的奋斗目标。

| Abstract: | The legal thoughts of contemporary Hunan figures are reflected more in issues like saving and administrating the country,criticizing feudalism system,introducing the western ideology of rule of law than any others.The Hunan locals have the character of bravery and persistency,the spirit of independent thought,and what's more,the historical sense of modern time.The Hunan Figures have put their legal thought and the ideology of rule of law into practice,pushing forward despite repeated frustrations and defeat... |
