| 摘 要： | 通过剖析我国高职院校内部行政化的表现及弊端，阐述去除内部行政化的实质与现实意义。厘清高校党政关系，精简管理机构；协调行政与学术权力，确保教授治学权；建立服务行政体系，防止权利“双肩挑”。构建民主管理机制，营造学术生态环境等改革措施与对策，去除高职院校内部管理行政化。
