| 摘 要： | 从教师胜任力和教师胜任力品质要素构成出发,通过自编的教师胜任力品质调查问卷,以广西3所高校为例进行实证分析,揭示了高校教师胜任力品质存在的问题。在此基础上,提出以学生和教师终身就业力为导向的高校教师胜任力品质因子模型,为突破高校就业管理模式、教师考核、选拔和工资改革提供参考。
