| 摘 要： | 作为知识产品的具体形式,知识产权是一种具有价值与使用价值的经济资源,它包括专利权、专有技术、著作权、商标权、特许权等无形资产,是经济、技术与法律的混合体,但其基本属性是经济性。知识产权与经济密不可分,其形成的基础、效用及商品与价值内涵,都折射出经济的本质。

| Abstract: | The intellectual property right, as a tangible form of the intellectual product, is a kind of economic resources that has values and use values. It consists of such tangible assets as patent, specialized technology, copyright, trademark ownership, chartered rights and so on, thus a combined entity of economic, technological and legal features. The intellectual property right is closely associated with economy, which is reflected from its basis, utility and commodity-and-value attributes. |
