On the Development of Public Opinion in NGN-based Internet Age

In times of NGN,Internet-based public opinions are mainly categorized in to two forms:one is the public opinion focusing on some incidents,the other is the public opinion formed through the discussion about values and beliefs.Public opinion is characterized by its strong emotional nature,joyful,irritating,sorrowful and fearful.Again in this times,internet-based public opinion is mainly focused on the fundamental policies of our country and some other affairs,and is formed together with the mutual influence of collective and individual views.With the continual strength in the influence of net media,the internet-based public opinion is sure to exert both positive and negative influence on the public.
