| 摘 要： | 《二年律令》的《盗律》篇,对汉代的刑事、行政等法律关系作了一些规定,内容涉及国家官员、社会公共秩序、以及公民财产及人身等等,并证明了史料记载的多种罪名和刑罚名的存在,反映和包含有丰富的法律思想,这些法律思想,有法家繁法严刑的浓重痕迹,对我们研究《二年律令》以及汉代的法律思想提供了重要的依据。
