莫高窟屏风画的起源探讨

摘    要:莫高窟屏风画产生于盛唐覆斗式窟的盝顶帐形龛内,它与覆斗式窟、盝顶帐形龛组合在一起完成了对佛殿的协同模仿。从龛内的布局与表现的题材类型来看,盛唐莫高窟屏风画与初唐及盛唐前期的墓室屏风画十分相似,这不太可能是一种纯粹的巧合。莫高窟龛内屏风画的设计意匠源于佛殿的启迪,从深层次来看,则是源于皇室贵族居室的启迪。唐代墓室屏风画的题材与位置直接模仿皇室贵族居室中的屏风,将它的设计意匠与莫高窟屏风画进行比较,可以看到二者有着内在的联系。了解它们的联系有助于认识莫高窟屏风画的起源。

Abstract:The screen painting in Mogao Grotto originated from the box-like niches in the prosperous period of Tang Dynasty and was an imitation of the Buddhist temple. It could not be a coincidence that the screen painting in Mogao Grotto is similar to the screen painting in tombs of the early period of Tang Dynasty in both composition and subject matters. This paper holds that the design of screen painting in Mogao Grotto was inspired by the Buddhist temple and also by the royal residence. A recognition of the relationship between them will help us to understand the origin of the screen painting in Mogao Grotto.
