| 摘 要： | 当前大学生就业难已引起全社会的关注,也是高校思想政治教育课面临的最为棘手的问题.为避免两课教育在实质内容和形式效果上存在的反讽现象,政府和社会建立适应市场经济体制的新的人事劳动制度,才是保证当下大学生思想政治教育课有成效的关键.
