| 摘 要： | 在中国近代 ,外国毒品商在华肆无忌惮地走私鸦片 ,他们不仅公开贩卖鸦片、毒品 ,甚至还在租界或租借地内就地制造毒品。外商之所以敢无视中国法令 ,则主要因其有治外法权为护符。正因为此 ,中国人民所以一直把反对外国对华毒品贸易与废除外人在华治外法权的斗争结合在一起。

| Abstract: | The foreign drug sellers smuggled opium unbridledly in modern China. Not only did they sell drugs in public,but also processed them in concessions or leased territories. The main reason why they despised China's laws and decrees was that they were protected by the extraterritoriality. Therefore,when Chinese people opposed foreign drug selling,they usually opposed foreigners' extraterritoriality,too. |
