| 摘 要： | 国内外关于过失危险行为应否犯罪化存在很大争论.从刑事政策的角度来看,对部分过失危险行为犯罪化是现代社会发展的必然要求,但对犯罪化的过失危险行为的处罚要尽量经济合理,注重利用非刑罚方式预防过失犯罪的发生.

| Abstract: | There are lots of debates about the incrimination of dangerously reckless act at home and abroad. From the view of criminal policy, incriminating some dangerously reckless act is the necessary demand of the modern society. However, the punishment to the incriminated dangerously reckless act should be economic and rational, and we should try to use non-penal measures to prevent reckless crime. |
