| 摘 要： | "以人为本"就是要以人为中心,突出人的发展.一切为了人的发展,关注人的幸福、自由、尊严和人的终极价值,以现代人的目光审视全面发展的人."以人为本"与"以民为本"和"人本主义"不同,为了实现"人的全面发展"这个未来社会的目标,必须不断推进人民的物质生活、政治生活、精神生活等方面的全面发展.
