| 摘 要： | 文化产业可持续发展问题,是在理论追寻和实践探索的双重叩问中提出的。其基本内涵是文化产业发展必须坚持以人为本,实现全面协调可持续的科学发展。它要着重研究发展的基础问题、效益问题、价值问题以及文化保护等问题。科学发展观为文化产业的可持续发展提供根本的指导,实现文化产业的可持续发展必须要有战略思维,要从提升国家文化软实力的高度看待文化产业,而且必须从实践操作层面提出一系列得力的举措。
