| 摘 要： | 随着网络化、信息化的逐渐普及,虚拟咨询正逐步成为一种必然的咨询模式。文章对广州高校多校区统计及高校实际教学工作进行了分析,借鉴虚拟咨询的现代管理方法,对多校区高校教务管理工作提出了改进办法,提高教务管理的工作质量和工作效率。

| Abstract: | With the development of network and the increasing popularity of information technology,Virtual reference service(VRS) is becoming a necessary consulting mode.In this paper,the author analyzed university of multi-campus in Guangzhou and their actual teaching affairs management.In view of modern management method of VRS,the paper puts forward practical measure for improvement in the teaching affairs management for multi-campus universities. |
