民初政体模式失效的反思——以政党政治与军权政治为视角

民初政体模式实践在内阁制与总统制间经过了一系列的反复，这种反复，不论胜负，都可视为辛亥革命的成果。其间，政党政治蔚为壮观，然而浩大的声势并不能遮掩其幼稚的本质，经不起历史的考验，共和党、国民党、民主党等都因其自身的幼稚与脆弱未能守住资产阶级的政体。当袁世凯祭起军权独裁的大旗时，民初的政体模式已经走向了它的宿命，无论是内阁制还是总统制．都只能是昙花一现。

REFLECTION ON THE FAILURE OF THE REGIME PATTERN OF THE EARLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF CHINA From the View of the Party Politics and the Military Power Politics

The regime pattern in the early of the Republic of China repeated between the Cabinet System and the Presidential System.Each of them was the achievement of the Revolution of 1911. The party politics showed a glorious view,but it＇s naive nature can＇t be covered up. All of the Political parties,such as the Republican Party, the Kuomintang and the Democratic Party,were failed to preserve the regime pattern of Bourgeois.When Yuan Shikai set up his Military dictatorship＇s the regime pattern in the early of the Republic of China had destined to be a failure.
