| 摘 要： | "七七事变"以后,日军封锁中国东南沿海,滇越铁路成为国际援华物资的主要运输线。按照战前中法两国达成的协议,中国有权借道滇越铁路转送物资。然而,在日本法西斯的淫威面前,法国为其在远东利益考量,漠视中国借道滇越铁路运输,中国政府为此与法方展开一番艰苦交涉。
