| 摘 要： | 解放思想、实事求是是邓小平理论的精髓，“三讲”与解放思想、实事求是有着内在的联系。只有讲政治，才能坚定解放思想、实事求是的立场和勇气；只有讲学习，才能提高解放思想、实事求是的水平；只有讲正气，才能营造解放思想、实事求是的宽松环境。
