| 摘 要： | 合作教育以其启迪合作意识、培植合作理念的启蒙意义成为合作运动发展的前提与基础。民国时期合作教育历经大众化、体系化与规范化进程，已经初步构建起自上而下的合作教育体系。培植合作文化是合作教育启蒙意义的本质体现。当前中国特色合作教育体系的构建，不仅需要借鉴国外经验，更应充分借鉴中国本土的历史资源。民国时期合作教育体系建设的主要成就与历史启示的考察，对当前中国合作教育体系的构建当有所助益。
