科学发展观视阈下的中国大学排行榜

摘    要:当前中国大学排行榜虽然在一定程度上促进了中国高等教育发展,但都不同程度地存在排行价值观迷误、排行方法失当、排行榜乱象重重的误区。要改变这一现状,就必须在科学发展观指导下对大学排行榜进行调整和改进,矫正排行价值观,改进排行方法,加强排行制度建设,不断提高中国大学排行榜的信度和效度,从而更好地促进中国高等教育全面协调可持续发展。

Abstract:To survey university rankings in China with the perspective of Scientific Concept of Development is mainly to see to what extent it has promoted the fast and sound development of Chinese higher education.In accordance with this concept,we can find that although the current university rankings in China has promoted the development of Chinese higher education to a certain extent,it is not scientific and regular yet,thus not meeting the requirements of the Scientific Concept of Development,which is mainly embodied in incorrect ranking values,inappropriate ranking methods and disorderly conditions in it.In order to change the current conditions,university rankings in China must be adjusted and improved under the guidance of scientific concept of development by correcting ranking values,improving ranking methods and consolidating institutional construction to improve reliability and validity of it continuously,thereby promoting comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of Chinese higher education.
