人民币升值逼迫中国经济转型

人民币升值有利于降低进口成本、增加技术改进、加快国内产业结构升级步伐,但将对多数外向型出口企业构成成本上升的压力使其面临严重困境;也势必会加大国际游资的投机活动,进一步吹胀中国的房地产和股市等金融泡沫,造成金融危机隐患。此外,高度的对外贸易依存度战略对一个13亿人口的大国也未必适宜。中国的经济繁荣最终要依靠国内合理的经济结构和完善的市场机制来实现。人民币升值逼迫中国经济转型,要更加注重质量、结构、内需和经济效益。人民币汇率改革,重在机制不在升值。

Forced Economic Transformation by Rising Value of RMB

The rising value of RMB makes for reduction of import cost,increase of technical improvement and upgrade of domestic industrial structure,while it could lay great pressure on export-oriented export corporates because of cost increase and put them in great difficulty,and inturn provide more chances of profiteering for worldwide idle funds,worsen bubble finance involving Chinese real estate market and stock market,causing hidden danger of financial crisis.In addition,the strategy of heavy dependence on foreign trade may not be appropriate for China,a country with such a large population as 13 billions.Therefore,the economic prosperity in China is ultimatly to be made true by relying on rationalizing our own economic structure and perfecting our own market mechanism.The rising value of RMB forces China to transform its economy,which requires us to attach more importance to quality,structure,domestic need and economic profits.The reform in exchange rate of RMB should rest more on mechanism than on rising value.
