| 摘 要： | 基于国有企业脱困与发展的现实需要 ,南京市创造了一种企业新模式 :“4 42”企业。自1 999年试行以来 ,取得了良好效果。与传统国有企业相比 ,“4 42”企业的制度优势主要表现为激励优势、治理优势、创新优势和互补优势。“4 42”企业模式对国有企业改革也具有重大启示

| Abstract: | To meet the needs of the state-owned enterprises' (SOEs) shaking off poverty and further development, Nanjing municipal government invented a new enterprise model--"442 Corporate Model". Having been carried out since 1999, it has achieved satisfactory results. Compared with traditional SOEs, the 442 enterprises show advantageous performance in incentive, governance, innovation and complementariness in a corporate system. The inspiration for SOEs by the 442 corporate model mainly displays great role. |
