| Abstract: | Based on the summarization of the development and changes in the modern salary system,the author in this article makes a theoretical conclusion about the concept of this system,which helps further the analysis about the principles and new features of the modern salary.Some suggestions to reform the salary system in the state-owned enterprises are put forward in the end. |
