论国际采购与供应链管理

对采购的价值理念进行了论述,研究和分析了当前中国的采购市场与采购环境。提出建立中国采购经理指数(PMI),实现与世界采购评价标准的接轨。通过中外采购管理的对比,发现中国采购管理的不足和其根源。结合贸易自由化给全球采购带来的机遇与挑战以及现代化物流业的发展对中国采购环境的影响,指出了国际采购的发展趋势。

THE MANAGEMENT OF INTERNATIONAL PURCHASING AND SUPPLY CHAINS

With China's entry into the WTO transitional period and its confrontation with the speed up of economy globalization,the expansion of international trade liberalization and the upgrade of competition between supply chain,international purchasing has been attaching increasing attention to China.Under such a background,this paper firstly introduces Chinese economic prospect in our 11th five year Program and the problem of RMB exchange rate.Based on such knowledge,we discuss the signification of purchasing values,study and analyze the current Chinese purchasing market and purchasing environment.Then we present the establishing of the Purchasing Manager Index(PMI),via which we can realize a link-up with the world purchasing appreciation standard.The paper also finds out the weakness in Chinese purchasing management by contrasting the purchasing management home and abroad.In combination with the opportunity and challenge brought forward by trade liberalization and the influence of modern logistics development on the purchasing environment of China,the paper indicates the trend of international purchasing.
