弘扬与时俱进精神，繁荣发展哲学社会科学

江泽民同志去年8月在北戴河和今年4月在人民大学关于繁荣发展哲学社会科学的重要讲话是新世纪哲学社会科学的发展纲领,两次讲话肯定了哲学社会科学的巨大作用,强调了哲学社会科学工作的极端重要,指出了哲学社会科学创新发展的历史使命和重大任务。我们应该建立健全哲学社会科学的发展机制:一是要完善社科事业发展的组织管理机制,二是要建立社科事业发展的市场交换机制,三是要建立促进社科事业发展的学者激励机制。社科工作者要与时俱进,开拓创新;关注改革实践,研究重大问题;弘扬优秀传统,借鉴外来文明;严谨治学,端正学风;坚持正确方向,贯彻“三个代表”。
