| 摘 要： | ＂非直接利益冲突＂是我国转型时期不良社会心理现象的反映,它削弱政治系统的合法性,造成公众心理的脆化,破坏正常的政治社会化,影响社会公正环境建设,对社会稳定和和谐社会建设构成潜在威胁。要合理归因,增强道德责任,提升制度理性,适度情感宣泄,注重人文关怀,使不和谐心理得以舒缓和消解,预防矛盾从非对抗性向对抗性演化。
