| Abstract: | Theodore W. Schuhz discusses many problems related to economic growth that traditional economie theories cannot explain. He makes it explicit that human capital is the primal impetus to national economic growth in modem times. Exploration into the central idea of his theory can bring us some insights of the actual world and some challenging implications. |
