2005年以来中国妇女参政的进展与挑战

2005年以来,国家出台了多项促进妇女参政的法规政策,并采取积极行动,推动全国人大女代表、各级女干部、村委会女委员和女村主任的比例有了不同程度的提高。但是,中国妇女在政治参与领域的实践仍面临一些不容忽视的问题,突出表现为：推动妇女参政的法规政策缺乏系统性和可操作性;女干部正职少、比例低;女干部尤其基层妇女骨干的培训工作尚显薄弱;公民社会建设滞后,民间妇女组织发展面临诸多阻力;对培养选拔女干部的重要性认识不足。
