| 摘 要： | 针对高校学生党建面对的新课题，为了全面阐述高校学生党建与共青团“推优”的关系，从党组织为团组织“推优”提供保障；“推优”是党团联动的切入点；“推优”对高等学校学生党建有巨大的促进作用三个方面进行论述，把高校学生党建与共青团“推优”互动关系建立在可操作的层面上，解决了长期以来在党建与团建关系上形成的若干模糊认识，实践中必将使高等学校学生党建工作不断体现新特色。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,CPC construction for students in colleges and universities is faced with new problems.In order to illustrate the relationship between CPC construction for students and the work of recommending the excellent students in the League,the writers of this article illustrate their ideas on three points: The organization of the Party should provide guarantee for the organization of the League;Recommending the excellent is the basic point between the Party and the League;Recommending the excellent will promote the development of CPC construction.All of these ensure the work workable and therefore it solves the problems existing between CPC construction and the League construction,so it will enable the CPC construction for students take on a new feature in practice. |
