论跨国经营与全球资源控制

由于一个国家的自然资源是由该国的自然禀赋所决定,而现代经济的发展,对资源的需求量越来越大,任何一个国家都不可能完全靠自身的资源来发展经济。本文认为,我们应大力支持企业跨国经营,以增强其对全球战略资源的控制力,从而保证其战略资源的安全供给。而进行跨国经营,通过对外投资与合作,实现全球资源最优配置则是企业实现其资源控制战略的重要途径。最后,本文提出政府要营造推动企业“走出去”的宏观环境。

A Disscussion on Trans-nation Management and Global Controlling of Resources

The natural resources of a country is determined by its natural endowment,but as the modern economy develops,the need for resources is growing day by day,any country can not totally develop economy by its own resources.This paper argues that our nation should support enterprises to practice transnation management in order to strengthen its control ability of the global strategic resources,thus ensuring the security supply of its strategic resources.Carrying on transnation management by FDI and joint venture,and realizing the global resources potimum distribution are the important way for an enterprise that realizes the control of strategical resources.Finally,this paper proposes that the government must build the macro-environment of promoting enterprises to "walk out" the present mode.
